Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the cyls88 platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the cyls88 website at cyls88.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
cyls88 Terms are written to be clear and fair. We don't bury critical conditions in small print. All material terms — wagering requirements, withdrawal limits, account rules — are stated explicitly in plain English.

Player deposits are held in segregated accounts, separate from cyls88 operational funds. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, in MYR, without currency conversion fees.
In these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

🔞 Age Restriction: The cyls88 Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service offered by cyls88. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
In addition to the age requirement, to be eligible to hold a cyls88 Account you must:
cyls88 reserves the right to request documentary verification of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
To access the full functionality of the cyls88 Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and complete.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the cyls88 Platform at any time. The creation or use of multiple Accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same individual is strictly prohibited. cyls88 reserves the right to suspend all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances, Bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with such Accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. cyls88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify cyls88 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
cyls88 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents (national identification card, passport, proof of address, proof of payment method) before withdrawals are processed or at any time during your membership. cyls88 may suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification.
cyls88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time, which currently include FPX online banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Touch n Go eWallet, and Boost. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt. cyls88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements on active Bonuses; and (c) the minimum withdrawal threshold of RM 50. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. cyls88 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 15 to 60 minutes; however, processing times may vary based on the selected payment method and external factors outside cyls88's control.
You must not deposit funds derived from illegal activities. You must not use the cyls88 Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime. cyls88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with its regulatory obligations and Applicable Law.
All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals on the cyls88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required or applied for Malaysian players using supported local payment methods.
cyls88 offers Bonuses and promotions to Members from time to time. The following general terms apply to all Bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the cyls88 Platform without prior written consent from cyls88.
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, cyls88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
cyls88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits cyls88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law.
cyls88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via the email address registered to their Account or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under cyls88's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties within thirty (30) days of written notification shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution designated by cyls88's licensing authority.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
